Logan Dulien and Chad Towersey, the masterminds behind Potent Productions and last year’s hit, SNAPT, bring you the appropriately titled SNAPT2: The Next Hit.

The obvious heirs to the legacy of surf videos of epic proportions like Voluptuous and the notorious …Lost videos, the boys at Potent Productions have produced a whopping 53 minutes of sick surfing, featuring the sport’s icons and underdogs, up-and-comers and down-and-outs.

Two-time World Champion Andy Irons graces the cover and is featured in the movie, but the overall tone is more Bruce Irons—young, rebellious and pushing the limits. The video stars Andy & Bruce, Taj Burrow, Mick Fanning, CJ & Damien Hobgood, Joel Parkinson and the rest of the WCT elite, but the real meat of this video is represented by surfing’s anarchists and aerialists: Asher Pacey, Ozzie Wright, Jarrah Tutton and Josh Kerr(!) from Oz; Archy, Bobby Martinez, Punker Pat, John Robertson, Nate Yeomans, TJ & Tory Barron, Mikala Jones & CJ Kanuha from the U.S., plus Geoff Brack as “Little Jimmy”.

The locations are as varied as the surfers, including Australia, South Africa, Bahamas, California, Costa Rica, France, Fiji, Tahiti, Spain, Hawaii, Puerto Escondido & a couple of locations that the boys refuse to divulge. SNAPT2: The Next Hit is the real deal. Chad and Logan are dialed in with the next generation of rippers and therefore they get the goods. More importantly, they’ve put in the time and the mileage to make SNAPT2 a real hit!
